Aloha Whistler Accommodations is a boutique property management and vacation rental company. We are known for our talented staff, reliable tradespeople, and for providing excellent service to both guests and homeowners. As a small company, we prioritize developing a personal relationship with every homeowner and tailoring a contract that meets their individual set of circumstances while maximizing revenue.

We manage a select portfolio of premium vacation properties and only manage properties that can offer our guests the premium rental experience. We truly care for every single property as if it were our own. Before every reservation our team conducts a thorough property inspection to ensure that our properties are always well maintained, and are at the highest standard for our guests. Additionally, we arrange deep cleaning sessions for homes with carpets to minimize wear and tear and to maintain the premium home experience.

As a property owner you will have access to your bookings calendar and projected revenue upon request. We keep communication channels open and welcome ideas and input from owners so our property management service can evolve and improve.

Full payment is due before arrival. Our guests are required to sign a waiver of full liability, and provide a security deposit pre-authorization on their credit card. Aloha Whistler Accommodations covers all credit card and payment processing fees.
